Description of the Animal, Including Name Canine, named Cosmo

Narrative Description of Incident While off-loading the aircraft, fleet service personnel noticed that the kennel, containing Cosmo, reeked of feces. The kennel was delivered to the baggage claim area and was claimed by his owners. While in the baggage claim area, the dog began to have a seizure and the owners immediately departed the airport for a local veterinarian’s office.

Narrative Description of Cause of the Incident The dog was deceased shortly after arriving at the veterinarian’s office. The owners did not want a necropsy performed on Cosmo and the exact cause of death is undetermined.
