Narrative Description of Incident Dog was found deceased off AA Flight 0327 (DFW-SFO).

Narrative Description of Cause of the Incident Necropsy results reveal the dog died of a pre-existing heart condition. The stress of flying caused the dog to hyperventilate and triggered a cardiac episode.
