NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION
Description of the Incident: Pet arrived Washington DC deceased upon arrival.
Description of the Cause of the Incident: A necropsy was not performed although vet was authorized… cause of death deemed natural causes due to age. Companion animal was okay so mechanical issues were ruled out. We paid for a cremation for the family.
Description of any corrective action taken: None as the cause of death suspected due to age.
