The Cat was taken to a local vet to be examined where she was pronounced dead. Narrative Description of Cause of the Incident Unable to determine if the incident occurred during flight. Cat was found lying on its side on the second stop on a connecting city. Narrative Description of any Corrective Action Taken in Response to Incident No immediate corrective action has been taken.
