Incident 4 Carrier: Alaska Airlines Flight: 692 (Seattle, WA to San Antonio, TX) Date of incident: Friday, June 6, 2014 Time of incident: Approximately 5:37 PM CT Description of animal (including name): A female 4-year-old cat, named Jasmyn, unknown breed. Narrative description of incident: A female cat named Jasmyn arrived in San Antonio with bloody paws. The injury was reported by telephone, as the passengers were traveling home. Narrative description of the cause of the incident: A female cat named Jasmyn arrived in San Antonio with bloody paws, there was no kennel damage. There is no evidence to suggest that the airline’s handling contributed to the animal’s injuries. Narrative description of any corrective action taken in response to the incident:
