Incident 2 Carrier: Alaska Airlines Flight: 775 (Tampa, FL to Seattle, WA) Date of incident: Wednesday, August 20, 2014 Time of incident: Approximately 5:25 PM ET Description of animal (including name): A Female, American bulldog, named Lacy, unknown age. Narrative description of incident: Prior to her scheduled flight in Tampa, FL, Lacy became aggressive and was trying to bite through the wire kennel vents of her kennel, as a result her mouth was bloody. Narrative description of the cause of the incident: Prior to the flight in Tampa, FL, Lacy became aggressive and tried to bite through the wire kennel vents of her kennel, as a result her mouth was bloody.
