Narrative Description of Incident
The dog flew from LAX to JFK and upon arrival was not moving. He was taken to JFK Vetport where he was pronounced dead.
Narrative Description of Cause of the Incident
Cause unknown and the owner refused to have a necropsy performed. All systems on the aircraft were functioning properly and the flight was not delayed.

None since the cause of death could not be determined.
