Description of the Incident
Passenger checked one dog on Flight 125 from BRU to ATL. Upon arrival in ATL the dog was motionless and appeared to be deceased. No autopsy was performed as passenger opted to take the animal home. The kennel was in good shape with no evidence of damage. All procedures had been met.
Cause of the Incident
No pathology report was requested or done.
Corrective Action Taken
No corrective action was taken or warranted as Delta procedures were followed.
