Post-Security (Airside)

Terminal A

Located near Gate A12. This indoor Service Animal Relief Area (SARA) is accessible after clearing security and provides a convenient spot for service animals and pets traveling through Terminal A.

Terminal B

Located near Gate B1, directly across from The Fruteria. This post-security pet relief station is easy to find in the concourse area.

Terminal C

Located across from Gate C2. This indoor dog bathroom is positioned in the main concourse for quick access after security screening.

Terminal D

Located across from Gate D12. This service animal area is centrally positioned in Terminal D's concourse for convenient access.

Terminal E

Located across from Gate E12. This pet relief area serves the international terminal's post-security passengers and is easily accessible from the main concourse.

Pre-Security (Landside)

Terminal A - Outdoor SARA

Located outside near the RideApp pickup area on the arrivals level. This outdoor facility is accessible before passing through security.

Terminal E - Outdoor SARA

Located on Arrivals Level 1 outside Door E-103. If you are inside Terminal E, exit through Door E-103 and safely cross all traffic lanes. The outdoor service animal relief station is located on the other side of the street. This provides an outdoor option for pets and service animals before security screening.

Important Information

Safety Requirements

  • Crating Policy: All pets and emotional support animals must be crated while inside the terminal at all times.
  • Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome and may use the designated relief areas.
  • Leash Requirements: Pets must remain properly restrained when not in the designated relief areas.
