Incident 1 Carrier: Alaska Airlines Flight: 669 (Denver, CO to Seattle, WA) Date of incident: Monday, August 11, 2014 Time of incident: Approximately 8:11 AM MT Description of animal (including name): A 1-year-old, male, Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix, named Humphrey. Narrative description of incident: Upon arrival in Seattle, WA ramp agents found a 1-year-old dog, named Humphrey had chewed through his kennel, as a result the dog’s mouth and gums were bloody. Humphrey and his owner were assisted by a skycap to the car. Narrative description of the cause of the incident: A 1-year-old dog, named Humphrey had chewed through his kennel, as a result the dog’s mouth and gums were bloody.
