Description of the Incident: Cat arrived in Houston and agents noticed a small amount of blood on its paw and on its mouth. Animal was transported to local veterinarian for examination.
Description of the Cause of the Incident: Cat was evidently attempting to escape kennel (not successful). This resulted in a self-inflicted injury.
