Description of Incident: During 35-minute flight time LIHHNL, dog bit through kennel. Upon arrival, found kennel dismantled with blood. Dog was loose within cargo hold and agent able to secure in another kennel. Dog didn't seem in pain or distress, Cargo sent dog to vet to check and approval to be sent back to LIH. Dog not fit to travel as scheduled onto SEA(Rloc-SPPHST)
