Description of Incident: Prior to departure, at planeside, agent found dog had chewed through kennel, creating two large holes.
Cause of Incident: Dog may have had anxiety but cause is unknown.
Corrective Action Taken: We notified owner of incident as they were traveling on the same flight. We delivered dog to owner and requested they get dog checked by vet and ensure dog is cleared to fly. Offered rebooking and alternate option (other airlines) if they elected to still travel.
