Pet incidents for the month of July, 2016.

Hawaiian Airlines reports the death of a Bulldog named Jax. The dog was traveling in the cargo hold and a necropsy indicated that the most likely cause of death was heatstroke.

United Airlines reported the death of a 12 year-old Belgian Malinois named Bakry. A necropsy confirmed that the cause of death was attributed to thyroid cancer which had metastasized to the lungs, resulting in a fatal respiratory issue.
