January 2020 Airline Pet Travel Report

The January, 2020 Airline Pet Travel Report contains pet incidents for the month of November, 2019.

November had one injury of a dog and a death of a cat on American Airlines. The Dallas Fort Worth Cargo Team did notice the dog had trouble breathing and took it to Animal Hospital where they advised the dog should not travel, notified the owner, and the owner made arrangements for the dog to be picked up from the airport.

The cat was traveling from the UK to Washington, DC and was found unresponsive upon arrival. Cause of death was cardiac arrest.
