Post-Security (Airside)
Terminal 1
Located near Gate 13. This indoor pet relief station is behind a solid or glass door and designated with the universal dog-on-leash icon. The terminal is currently undergoing expansion, which includes additional service-animal relief areas.
Terminal 2
Located near Gate 21. Indoor facility with standard amenities. Note: Gates 20-28 are now part of Delta's Terminal 3 complex and accessible from Terminal 3.
Terminal 3
Located inside the open-air atrium. This indoor dog bathroom provides convenient access for passengers traveling through the newly expanded Terminal 3 concourse.
Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT)
Located near the entrance to the connector/walkway to Terminal 4. This was LAX's first indoor pet relief station, opened before the 2016 expansion that added seven additional facilities.
Terminal 4
Located along the connector/walkway to the Tom Bradley International Terminal. Indoor facility accessible to passengers connecting between terminals.
Terminal 5
Located near Gate 52B. Indoor service animal area. Note: Terminal 5 is currently closed for construction with anticipated reopening in 2028; confirm availability before travel.
Terminal 6
Located inside the open-air atrium. Indoor pet relief station available during terminal modernization work.
Terminals 7/8
Located between Gates 73 and 75B near the public telephones. Indoor facility serving the United Airlines terminal complex.
West Gates at TBIT (Gates 201-225)
The modern West Gates concourse, opened in May 2021, includes a service-animal relief area among its passenger amenities. This state-of-the-art facility serves both international and domestic flights.
Pre-Security (Landside)
Between Terminals 1 and 2
Outdoor, fenced area located on the Lower/Arrivals Level. Accessible before security screening.
Between Parking Structures 5 and 6
Outdoor, fenced area on the Lower/Arrivals Level. Convenient for passengers arriving by car or using parking facilities.
East End of Terminals 7/8
Outdoor, fenced area at the Lower/Arrivals Level. Serves the eastern terminal complex.
