Relieving Locations at Birmingham Intl Airport

Pre-Security Location

The pet relief area at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) is located on the lower level of the terminal. To access it, exit through Door 4L and turn right to find the grass area facing the FAA control tower. This outdoor area is equipped with pet waste disposal containers for convenience.

Accessibility and Amenities

• The area is accessible for travelers with pets.
• Waste disposal containers are provided.
• Pets in service should wear proper identification, and owners are encouraged to have paperwork easily accessible. All other pets should be crated during their visit to BHM.
