Pre-Security (Landside)
Terminal A - Primary Pet Relief Area
The main service animal and pet relief area is located curbside outside Terminal A. This facility is available 24 hours a day and features:
- Fenced and landscaped area with full accessibility for individuals with disabilities
- Drinking areas with water bowls provided
- Waste disposal stations with mutt mitt dispensers and garbage receptacles
- Fully enclosed for safety and security
Terminal B - Baggage Claim Level
An additional pet relief station is located adjacent to the West exit at the Baggage Claim level, near the Ground Transportation Center. This area provides similar amenities for service animals and pets.
Post-Security (Airside)
Terminal A & Terminal B
Designated pet relief areas are available post-security in both terminals for travelers with service animals or pets. These airside facilities allow you to access a relief area without leaving the secure zone before your flight.

- Mutt mitt dispensers (waste bags)
- Garbage receptacles for proper waste disposal
- ADA-accessible design throughout all relief areas

Important Safety Guidelines
Avoid Moving Walkways and Escalators
Moving walkways and escalators are dangerous for animals. To prevent injuries: * Carry your pet in your arms * Transport in a kennel or carrier * Walk with them on the floor using a leash * Use elevators to change levels

Pet Pickup Locations
- Checked pets traveling on your flight: Will be delivered to baggage claim
