Post-Security (Airside)
Concourse A – Indoor Service Animal Relief Area (SARA)
Location: Near Gate A4A
This is an enclosed, indoor pet relief station designed for service animals and pets traveling through Midway. The facility is wheelchair accessible and features:
- 8' x 8' enclosed room with an automatic door
- Relief pad for waste
- Sink with water hose
- Paper towels and waste disposal supplies
- Accessible design with glass pane door
Look for signage near Gate A4A. This area is available 24/7 for passengers who have cleared security.
Pre-Security (Landside)
Lower Level – Outdoor Service Animal Relief Area (SARA)
Location: Outside Door 4 (near Baggage Carousel 8)
Directions:
Exit through the Lower Level Door 4. Turn right and walk past the bus stop. The relief area is enclosed within a black fence and is located outdoors.
Amenities: * Fenced-in outdoor area * Bench for handler convenience * Waste bags provided * Open and accessible at all times
General Rules & Guidelines
- Leash Requirement: All animals must remain leashed and accompanied by their owner at all times.
- Waste Disposal: Pet waste bags and trash receptacles are provided at both locations.
- Access: Pre-security area is available to the public; post-security area requires a valid boarding pass.
