Post-Security (Airside)
Terminal 1 - C.B. Lansing Garden
Located on the ground level in the C.B. Lansing Garden. This service animal relief station is within the sterile area, allowing passengers with connecting flights to access the facility without leaving security.
Terminal 2 - Hawaiian Garden
Located on the ground level in the Hawaiian Garden. This pet relief area is accessible post-security for travelers with service animals or pets in transit.
Terminal 3
An additional animal relief station is available in Terminal 3, providing convenient access for passengers in this terminal area.
Pre-Security (Landside)
Main Outdoor Relief Area
Located between the International Parking Garage and Terminal 2 Parking Garage. This is a fully fenced grassy area under palm trees, designed for service animals, pets in transit, and working airport animals.
Features: * Fully enclosed with low fencing * Natural grass surface * Shaded by palm trees * Clearly marked with signage
Amenities & Supplies
- Fresh water provided at the outdoor relief area
- Plastic waste bags and trash receptacles available
- All areas are identified with clear signage
Important Rules
- Leash requirement: All animals must remain leashed and under direct control of owner/handler at all times
- Clean-up required: Owners must tidy up after their pets
- The partially enclosed areas are designed for convenience but require responsible pet handling
