A Concourse - Gate 1

Located in the A Concourse, next to Gate 1, the Service Animal Relief Area (SARA) is a private indoor room equipped with self-draining artificial turf. This facility is designed for service animals and pets traveling with their owners.

Important: Dogs and cats are not permitted to walk freely around the terminal. Only service animals or emotional support animals are exceptions to this rule.

Pre-Security (Landside)

Main Terminal - Baggage Claim Area

A pet relief station is available in the grassy area to the Northwest of the Terminal, just outside of baggage claim. Look for signage marking the designated area.

Amenities & Supplies

• Waste Bags: Plastic bag dispensers are provided at the outdoor relief area
• Trash Receptacles: Available at both locations
• Turf: The indoor SARA features self-draining turf for easy cleanup

Rules & Requirements

• Leash Policy: Pets must remain in kennels or on leashes at all times in the terminal
• Cleanup: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals
• Service Animals Only: Only service animals and emotional support animals may accompany passengers freely through the terminal; all other pets must remain in carriers or kennels
