Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) offers several Service Animal Relief Areas to accommodate traveling pets and service animals. These areas are designed to be accessible and comfortable, meeting federal requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Indoor Locations
- Concourse T: Near gate T7
- Concourse A: Near gate A10
- Concourse B: Near gate B33
- Concourse C: Near gate C19
- Concourse D: Centerpoint
- Concourse E: Near gate E14
- Concourse F: Near gate F7
Each indoor relief area is equipped with concrete and grassy turf areas, a ground-level drinking fountain, biodegradable pet waste bags, and an overhead shower hose for easy cleanup. The facilities are ADA accessible, featuring automated entry doors and antimicrobial, seamless, stain and slip-resistant floor surfaces. A sink is also available for travelers to freshen up.
Outdoor Locations
- Poochie Park: A 1,000-square-foot dog park located in the Ground Transportation area on Domestic Terminal South, outside of doors W1 and W2.
- International Terminal: On the arrivals level, right outside of door A1.
These outdoor areas provide additional space for pets to relieve themselves and relax.
