Pre-Security (Landside)

Lower Level – International Terminal Area

Located outside Door #19 on the lower level, prior to Concourse E. This outdoor pet relief station is adjacent to the MTA Light Rail station and near the international terminal. Easy access for arriving passengers or those who haven't yet passed through security.

Hourly Garage – Level 3

This service animal relief area is located on Level 3 of the Hourly Garage, marked with a red awning and accessible via a paver pathway through a concrete wall opening. It can be reached three ways:

From Concourse B: Use the B skywalk to access the Hourly Garage. Take Tower B elevator down to Level 3. Follow the white lined path to the right; look for the concrete wall opening and red awning on the right-hand side.
From Concourse D: Use the D skywalk to access the Hourly Garage. Take Tower D elevator down to Level 3. Follow the white lined path to the left; look for the concrete wall opening and red awning on the left-hand side.
From Concourse C: Take the center elevator down to the Tunnel level (marked "T"). Follow the tunnel to the Hourly Garage. Take Tower C elevator up to Level 3. Follow the white lined path to the right; look for the concrete wall opening and red awning on the right-hand side.

Post-Security (Airside)

Concourse C

Located at the beginning of Concourse C, near the end of the B/C Connector between Security Checkpoint C and the exit to Concourse C. Convenient for passengers departing from gates in Concourse C or nearby areas.

Concourse D/E Connector

Located in the connector between Concourses D and E, just beyond the Concourse D/E Security Checkpoint. After clearing security, proceed to the right towards boarding gates in Concourse D to find this dog bathroom.

Amenities & Rules

Supplies: Waste disposal bags and receptacles are provided at all locations.
Seating: Available in all pet relief areas.
Leash Requirement: Animals must remain on leashes when outside of carriers while using any relief area.
Cleanup: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals using the provided supplies.
Non-Service Animals: Per Maryland state law, non-service animals must be transported in carriers while inside the main terminal building unless using designated relief areas.
