Terminal 1

Minneapolis-Saint Paul International offers three post-security pet relief areas in Terminal 1:

• Concourse E: Located near the entrance to Concourse E in the Airport Mall. This is a convenient option for travelers departing from the northern concourses.
• Concourse F: Positioned near Gate F6 (also referenced as near Gate F5 in some signage).
• C/G Connector Bridge: Located on the mezzanine level north of the C/G Connector Skyway, by Gate C13. This service animal relief station serves passengers connecting between Concourses C and G.

Terminal 2

• Gate H11: An indoor pet relief area is located near Gate H11, providing a convenient option for travelers using Terminal 2's Humphrey concourse.

Pre-Security (Landside)

Terminal 1

Travelers at Terminal 1 have three pre-security options for pet relief:

• Door 1: Located on the Baggage Claim Level (Arrivals Level) at the north end, outside Door 1.
• Door 4: Located on the Baggage Claim Level at the south end, outside Door 4.
• Silver Parking Ramp: A newer pet relief area is located on the ground level of the Rental Car Lobby in the Silver Ramp, outside the doors on the east end by the escalators.

Terminal 2

• Door 8: A grassy outdoor area is available just outside Door 8 on Level 1, near baggage claim. This is the primary pre-security dog bathroom option for Terminal 2.

Amenities & Policies

• Service Animal Escorts: Passengers traveling with service animals can request an escort from their airline or Travelers Assistance to navigate to any pet relief area.
• Kenneling Requirement: All non-service animals must remain kenneled while in the airport facilities outside of designated relief areas.
• Accessibility: Pet relief areas are designed to accommodate both pets and service animals, with clear signage throughout both terminals.
