Terminal 1 Pet Relief Areas
Pre-Security (Landside)
Terminal 1 offers three outdoor pet relief stations before security:
- North End - Door 1: Located on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level, outside Door 1 at the north end of the terminal.
- South End - Door 4: Located on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level, outside Door 4 at the south end of the terminal.
- Silver Parking Ramp: Newest location on the Ground Level of the Rental Car Lobby in the Silver Ramp. Access through doors on the east end of the building by the escalators.
Post-Security (Airside)
Terminal 1 features three pet relief areas after security screening:
- Concourse E: Located near the entrance to Concourse E on the north end of the Airport Mall area.
- Concourse F: Positioned near Gate F5 (also referenced as Gate F6 in some signage).
- Concourse C: Found at Gate C13 on the mezzanine level, north of the C/G Connector Skyway/Bridge.
Terminal 2 Pet Relief Areas
Pre-Security (Landside)
- Door 8 Grassy Area: An outdoor pet relief spot located just outside Door 8 on Level 1, near the baggage claim area.
Post-Security (Airside)
- Gate H11: Terminal 2's indoor pet relief area is located on Concourse H near Gate H11.

Passengers traveling with service animals can request an escort to the nearest pet relief area from: * Their airline representative * MSP Travelers Assistance staff
Pet Policy
- All non-service animals must remain in kennels while inside airport facilities.
- Service animals are exempt from kennel requirements but must be leashed when not in designated relief areas.
