Outdoor SARA located on Arrivals Level 1. To access from inside Terminal E: 1. Exit through Door E-103 2. Safely cross all traffic lanes 3. The outdoor service animal relief station is located on the opposite side of the street

• Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome at George Bush Intercontinental Airport and may use all designated relief areas.
• Pets & Emotional Support Animals: Must remain in crates at all times while inside the terminal. They are permitted to use the Service Animal Relief Areas (SARAs).
• Safety: All animals must be properly controlled by their handlers when using relief facilities.
• Supplies: Designated areas are equipped for the comfort and convenience of working animals and their owners.
