Terminal C

Located across from Gate D12. This service animal relief station is available post-security for the convenience of travelers and their animals.
Terminal E

Pre-Security (Landside)
Terminal E - Outdoor SARA
Located on Arrivals Level 1, outside Door E-103. This is an outdoor service animal relief area. If you are inside Terminal E, exit from Door E-103 and safely cross all traffic lanes to reach the outdoor SARA on the other side of the street.
Important Rules & Guidelines
- Crating Requirement: All pets and emotional support animals must be crated while inside the terminal for safety.
- Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome and may use the designated Service Animal Relief Areas (SARAs).
- Emotional Support Animals & Pets: May use the SARA facilities but must remain crated when not in the relief area.
