Important Rules & Information
- Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome at George Bush Intercontinental Airport and may use all designated relief areas.
- Pets & Emotional Support Animals: Must remain in crates at all times while inside the terminal. They are permitted to use the Service Animal Relief Areas (SARAs).
- Safety: All animals must be properly controlled by their handlers when using relief facilities.
- Supplies: Designated areas are equipped for the comfort and convenience of working animals and their owners.
