Post-Security (Airside)

Terminal A & B Gates

Service animal relief areas are strategically located throughout the airside concourses:

• Gates 1-29: On the wing for Gates 20-29
• Gates 30-59: On the wing for Gates 40-49
• Gates 70-99: On the wing for Gates 80-89 (also referenced as Gates 90-99)
• Gates 100-129: Across from Gate 121 (also referenced as by entrance to Gates 121-129)

Terminal C

Pet relief stations are available at multiple locations:

• Level 2: Near Gates C236, C241, and C242 (specific locations next to Gates C238, C241, and C242)
• Level 6: Immediately before International Bag Claim

Pre-Security (Landside)

Terminal A

Service animal relief area located on Level 2 at the east end of the building (to the right as you exit the building).

Terminal B

Dog bathroom area located on Level 2 at the west end of the building (to the right as you exit the building).

Outside Terminals

Pet relief area available at the North Cell Phone Lot, located on the east end of the lot.

Important Rules & Information

• Access Restrictions: Dogs are not permitted inside Orlando International Airport unless they are working service animals or contained in an airline-approved carrier.
• Service Animals: All relief areas are designated as "Service Animal Relief Areas" and are intended primarily for working service animals.
• Leash Requirements: Pets must remain on leashes when traveling through the airport outside of designated relief areas.

Additional Amenities

• Adult Changing Tables: Available in all companion care restrooms throughout the airport
• Accessibility Features: All pet relief areas are accessible and part of the airport's barrier-free design
• Information Assistance: Information Booths are located throughout terminals (open 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM) and can provide directions to the nearest pet relief station
