Located near Gate 210, east of the security screening area. This indoor pet relief area provides a convenient option for service animals and pets traveling through the terminal. Look for directional signage after clearing security.

Terminal 4 - Indoor "Barking Lot"

Located near Gate 410, east of the security screening area. Follow directional maps and signage posted after you pass through TSA checkpoint to find this indoor service animal relief station.

Pre-Security (Landside)

Outdoor Relief Areas - Both Terminals

Outdoor pet relief areas are conveniently located at: * East end of Terminal 2 * East end of Terminal 4 * Departure level of each terminal (additional outdoor locations)

These outdoor facilities are accessible before passing through security and provide an alternative to the indoor "Barking Lot" stations.

Amenities & Supplies

• Waste Bags: Disposable bags provided at all outdoor relief areas
• Trash Cans: Available for convenient clean-up after your pet uses the facility
• Signage: Clear directional maps and signs guide you to both indoor and outdoor locations

Important Notes

• Escalator Safety: Animals, including service dogs, are prohibited from riding escalators per Airport Rules & Regulations. Use elevators or stairs to prevent paw/harness entanglement injuries.
• Service Animal Support: ONT participates in accessibility programs including the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program and works with California Relay Service for travelers needing assistance.
