Relieving Locations at Jacksonville Intl Airport

Post-Security Location

Jacksonville International Airport offers a pet relief area located post-security between Concourses A and C. This indoor facility is designed for pets and service animals to relieve themselves while waiting for flights. The area includes a mock front porch with seating, a hand-washing sink, a pickup bag dispenser, and waste receptacles. It features artificial turf with a sanitary sewer drain and an automatic flushing system that operates every 45 minutes to maintain cleanliness. The space is equipped with dedicated air handling equipment to keep it odor-free and is monitored by CCTV.

Pre-Security Location

An additional pet relief area is located outside baggage claim on the south side of the terminal, providing a convenient option for pet owners before passing through security.
