Relieving Locations at Jacksonville Intl Airport

Post-Security Location

Jacksonville International Airport offers a pet and service animal relief area located post-security, between concourses A and C. This indoor facility includes a mock front porch area with seating, a hand-washing sink, a pickup bag dispenser, and a waste receptacle. The area is equipped with artificial K9 turf that drains for easy cleaning, with an automatic system that flushes the area every 45 minutes. It also features a dedicated air handling system to maintain an odor-free environment. The airport’s PA system extends to this area, and it is monitored by CCTV.

Pre-Security Location

An existing pet relief area is located outside baggage claim on the south side of the terminal.
