Post-Security Pet Relief Area (Airside)

The indoor pet relief station is located between Concourses A and C, positioned near the Food Court in the center of the terminal. This approximately 22' x 36' facility opened in November 2016 to serve pets and service animals traveling through Jacksonville International Airport.

  • Accessibility: Airport PA system extended to the area so passengers can hear flight announcements; monitored by CCTV

Location Tip: After passing through TSA security, head toward the central area between the two concourses. Look for signage near Brighton Collectibles and Auntie Anne's—the relief area is in this vicinity.

Pre-Security Pet Relief Area (Landside)

An outdoor pet relief area is located outside Baggage Claim on the south side of the terminal, near Bag Belt 8. This facility serves travelers who have not yet passed through security or are arriving at the airport.

General Rules

  • Pets must remain on leashes when not in the designated relief areas
