Relieving Locations at Jacksonville Intl Airport

Pre-Security Locations

A pet relief area is located outside the terminal on the lower level, near the baggage claim area. This outdoor facility is accessible to all passengers and provides waste bags and trash receptacles for convenience.

Post-Security Locations

There is an indoor pet relief area located near Gate C, which is equipped with cleaning supplies and waste disposal facilities. This area is designed to accommodate passengers traveling with pets after passing through security.

Both locations are wheelchair accessible and clearly marked with signage for easy identification.
