Concourses B & C

Located just past the security checkpoint near Stumptown Coffee. This indoor facility features artificial turf topped with a fire hydrant, waste bags, a sink, and a bench. The area is ADA/wheelchair accessible and includes a counter for luggage and passenger belongings.

Concourse D

Located across from Gate D5. This indoor pet relief station is equipped with artificial turf topped with a rock, waste bags, a sink, and a bench. The area is ADA/wheelchair accessible and includes a counter for luggage and passenger possessions.

Pre-Security (Landside)

Baggage Claim Level

Located outside the terminal on the south end of the lower level. Exit near the MAX Light Rail station (near carousel 2) and walk straight ahead to the outdoor pet relief area adjacent to police parking. Pet waste bags and receptacles are provided.

Amenities & Rules

• Supplies: All locations provide waste bags and trash receptacles
• Leash Requirement: Animals must remain on leashes at all times when using pet relief areas
• Accessibility: Post-security locations are ADA/wheelchair accessible with counters for belongings
• Cleanup Policy: Animal owners must report all messes (urination/defecation) by using a white courtesy phone or calling 503-460-4449, and must remain at the location until janitorial staff arrives

Additional Information

Service Animals: Trained service animals are permitted throughout the airport at all times.

Traveling Emotional Support Animals: Must be kept in carriers (approximately 17"x10"x13") while in the terminal, except when using the designated pet relief areas. Animals too large for carriers must be carried or kept on a short leash (no more than 3 feet from handler's body).
