All Airsides (A, C, E, F)

Tampa International Airport provides service animal relief areas at each of the four Airsides after passing through security. These pet relief stations are located on the gate level and feature:

• Covered spaces with lush synthetic grass
• Red fire hydrant for familiarity
• Waste disposal bags and bins
• Drinking sink for pet hydration

These indoor pet bathroom facilities are accessible to ticketed passengers traveling with pets or service animals.

Pre-Security (Landside)

Main Terminal - Baggage Claim Level

Pet relief areas are located just outside the Main Terminal building on the Baggage Claim Level in the grassy areas across the vehicle drives. These outdoor dog bathroom spots provide convenient access for:

• Passengers arriving with pets
• Visitors with service animals
• Pre-security relief needs

Blue Express Arrivals Area

An additional outdoor pet relief area is available at the Blue Express Arrivals location, providing another pre-security option for service animals and traveling pets.

Main Terminal - Ticketing Level

Grassy relief areas are also accessible in the areas across the vehicle drives of the departure (ticketing) level.

Important Rules & Amenities

Pet Carrier Requirements

• Non-service animals must remain in pet carriers at all times except when using designated relief areas
• Animals without carriers must be kept on a leash within 5 feet of their owner
• Pets are not permitted in food establishments

• NEVER take animals on escalators - use elevators instead
• Exercise extra care when boarding trains, shuttles, or elevators
• Keep pets under control at all times due to moving parts and closing doors
