Post-Security (Airside)
Terminal 1 - Concourse C
Location: Next to Gate C10
Directions: From Gate C10, follow the hallway towards Gate C12. The service animal relief area is located on the right wall just past Gate C10.
Amenities: Indoor facility (approximately 10' x 8') equipped with artificial turf relief pad, sink, water hose, and paper towels.
Terminal 3 - Rotunda
Location: In the Rotunda (between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3)
Directions: From the Rotunda, take the hallway towards Terminal 2. The pet relief station is immediately on the left.
Amenities: Indoor facility with relief pad, sink, water hose, and paper towels.
Terminal 3 - Concourse L
Location: Near Gate L26
Directions: Located at the end of the hall across from the windows.
Amenities: Indoor service animal relief area with standard facilities.
Note: The Terminal 3 Main Hall SARA is currently closed due to construction.
Terminal 5 - Concourse M
Location: Near Gate M8
Directions: From Gate M8, follow the hallway towards Gate M7. The dog bathroom is on the left, immediately past M8.
Amenities: Indoor facility (approximately 10' x 8') with relief pad, sink, water hose, and paper towels.
Additional Terminal 5 Locations: * Sterile Corridor: Prior to the Customs and Border Protection area * International Baggage Claim Area: Accessible post-security for international arrivals
Pre-Security (Landside)
Terminal 1
Location: Outside Arrivals/Lower Level Door 1A (near United Baggage Claim #15)
Directions: Exit through Door 1A and turn left. The pet relief area is within a black fence, approximately 40 steps from the exit door.
Amenities: Outdoor gated area (approximately 16' x 10') with latch gate.
Terminal 2
Location: Outside Arrivals/Lower Level Door 2E (near Baggage Claim #1)
Directions: Exit through Door 2E and turn right. The service animal relief station is within a black fence, approximately 50 steps from the exit door. The gate is on the far side of the fence.
Amenities: Outdoor gated area (approximately 16' x 10') with latch gate.
Terminal 5
Location: Outside Arrivals/Lower Level Door 5B (near Baggage Claim 10)
Directions: Exit through Door 5B. The dog bathroom is within a black fence, approximately 50 steps from the exit door.
Amenities: Outdoor gated area (approximately 16' x 10') with latch gate.
Multi-Modal Facility (Rental Cars/Lot F)
Location: Outside Door 6
Directions: Exit through Door 6 and turn right. The pet relief area is within a black fence, approximately 50 steps from the exit door.

- Leash Requirement: All animals must be accompanied and leashed by the owner at all times.
- Waste Disposal: Paper towels and waste disposal facilities are provided at all locations.
- Accessibility: All service animal relief areas are accessible 24/7 when you are in the corresponding area of the airport.
- Airline Coordination: All service animal arrangements and accommodations must be made directly with your airline prior to travel.
