Post-Security (Airside)
Service Animal Relief Area (SARA) – Checkpoint B
Located on the secure side beside Checkpoint B, next to the family restroom. This indoor pet relief station provides a convenient option immediately after passing through security.
Service Animal Relief Area (SARA) – Concourse
Located in the concourse between the rotunda and Gate 9. This indoor facility serves travelers whose gates are further into the concourse. The area is positioned near the business center for easy reference.
Pre-Security (Landside)
Baggage Claim A – Ground Level
An outdoor grassy area located to the left after exiting Terminal A at the ground level. This service animal relief area is accessible before entering the terminal or upon arrival.
Baggage Claim C – Ground Level
An outdoor grassy area located to the right after exiting Terminal C at the ground level. Like the Terminal A location, this provides outdoor relief for pets and service animals in the pre-security zone.
Important Pet Travel Information
- Service Animals: Permitted inside the terminal when properly restrained by a leash or harness for appropriate purposes.
- Pets for Air Transport: Must be confined in approved travel containers while inside the airport building. Outside the building, pets must be restrained by a leash or confined in their travel containers.
- Airline Requirements: Always check with your airline about their specific criteria for accepting pets for travel before arriving at the airport.
- Leash Requirements: All animals must remain under control at all times when not in designated relief areas.
