Concourse A - Lower Level
Tulsa International Airport features a dedicated indoor service animal relief area located on the lower level of Concourse A, part of the newly opened Guest Services Areas. This facility includes:
- Faux grass surface for pet comfort
- Pet waste disposal bags
- Hand sanitizer
- Sink and paper towels for cleanup
The relief area is conveniently located alongside other accessible amenities including sensory rooms, quiet rooms, and family restrooms.
Concourse B - Lower Level
An identical indoor pet relief station is available on the lower level of Concourse B, offering the same amenities:
- Artificial turf
- Waste bags and disposal
- Sink with paper towels
- Hand sanitizer
These post-security dog bathroom facilities opened in May 2023 as part of TUL's commitment to accessibility.
Pre-Security (Landside)
Upper Level - Rental Car Area
For passengers who haven't yet cleared security, an outdoor service animal relief area is located on the upper level, just outside the rental car counters. This area is accessible before entering the secure terminal zones.
Amenities & Rules
- Supplies Provided: All relief areas include waste disposal bags and cleanup facilities
- Service Animals: Welcome throughout the terminal building
- Leash Requirements: Pets must remain on a leash or in a kennel when not in designated relief areas
- Access: The indoor post-security areas are available 24/7 for ticketed passengers

Tulsa International Airport is committed to being accessible for all travelers, including those with service animals. The airport participates in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard Program, which can help passengers with service animals receive additional assistance if needed.
