Concourse A – Service Animal Relief Room

Located post-security on Concourse A, just past the restrooms. This is an indoor service animal relief area designed for traveling pets and service animals after passing through TSA screening.

Pre-Security (Landside)

Baggage Claim Level – Outdoor Pet Relief Areas

Two designated outdoor pet relief stations are located on the lower level baggage claim/arrivals roadway at the east and west ends of the terminal. These grassy areas feature: * Designated signage marking the pet relief zones * Waste bags provided for cleanup * Convenient access for arriving passengers picking up pets or service animals

Amenities & Rules

• Supplies: Waste bags are available at outdoor relief areas.
• Access: Pets must remain on leashes. The airport requests that pets not be brought into the terminal to meet/greet arriving passengers.
• Airline Policies: Pet and service animal regulations vary by airline. Contact your carrier well in advance to arrange accommodations.
