Narrative Description of Incident An agent took the dog out of its kennel to walk it, and while it was outside, the dog escaped from its lead. Employees immediately took chase, but were unable to locate the dog.
Narrative Description of Cause of the Incident The dog became free from its lead when an agent took it out of its kennel to walk it. The lead was not damaged and the agent indicated that the dog was anxious at the time it was removed from its kennel.
