Description of the Incident: Pet arrived Honolulu deceased upon arrival.
Description of the Cause of the Incident: A necropsy was performed and the cause of death was diagnosed as a combination of underlying cardiovascular disease and acute interstitial pneumonia.
Description of any corrective action taken: None as the cause of death was not related to United Airlines’ handling.
