***REDACTED***** American Airlines / May 2015 DOT PET INCIDENT REPORT Carrier and Flight Number American Airlines Flight #134 Date and Time of the Incident 08 May 2015 @ 22:17 Description of the Animal, Including Name Dog, Name: Unknown Narrative Description of Incident During offloading of the aircraft the ground crew found a checked dog with an injury. The live animal had been shipped via priority parcel service. The kennel was secured with cables ties and had no visible damaged. The dog had a small cut on the right front shoulder and was limping. The dog was transported to Access Renton Veterinarian for the initial examination. Narrative Description of Cause of the Incident Unable to determine cause of injury. Narrative Description of any Corrective Action Taken in Response to Incident None at this time.
