Carrier and Flight Number American Airlines Flight #41 Date and Time of the Incident 13 May 2015 (G) 19:50 Description of the Animal, Including Name Dog, Yorkie-Maltese Mix, Name Unknown Narrative Description of Incident Customer advised the airline baggage office that he had arrived in SEA on flight 41 and that he had discovered damage to his kennel when it was returned to him. He further advised that he had attempted to check in with Alaska Airlines for his flight to FAI, but they had refused to accept his kennel. The customer also advised the baggage office agent that his dog, a yorkie-maltese mix, was injured. The baggage agent offered to replace the customers kennel and offered to take his dog to a local vet. The customer declined.
