Description of Incident: On arrival into ANC on its scheduled flight from SEA, ramp agents reported a dog in a standard kennel in good condition was found with bloody paws from what appears to have been caused by scratching the back of the kennel. Dog was released to owners with no further complications.

Cause of Incident: Dog injured paws during a likely attempt to exit kennel while in flight. These is no evidence to suggest that the airline's handling contributed to the animal's injury.

Corrective Action Taken: No corrective actions required.
