Description: Cargo AVI had arrived at the cargo warehouse unresponsive and was determined to have passed away. The cargo runner had advised that the AVI had come off the aircraft unresponsive. There were no anomalies with the shipment at all. Customer declined necropsy as she was from out of state and just wanted to take her dog home. Cause: Unknown, necropsy declined by customer. Remedy: No root cause so no actionable corrective actions.
