A 6-year-old French Bulldog was found deceased upon arrival of flight 816 on June 12th. Prior to being transported to the aircraft, the animal was held in a climate-controlled animal room and checked on repeatedly. The animal was dropped off at the gate with no incident at 1143 am. Upon loading at approx. 12:27 pm, the dog appeared happy. The flight was delayed after boarding and loading for approximately 57 mins.
