Description of Incident: One of three cats, Pipe, was discovered deceased during her stay with the kenneling provider. The other two cats were healthy and continued on to their final destination.
Cause of Incident: The medical report concluded, "Acute hemodynamic collapse with congestion," also known as heart disease attributing to a heart attack.
Corrective Action Taken: No corrective action required. Pipe passed from natural causes.
