Narrative Description of Incident During the off loading, the crew noticed that one of two checked dogs appeared to be deceased. They called for a customer service manager who escorted the customer to the kennel.
Narrative Description of Cause of the Incident The exact cause of death is unknown. The animal’s owner wanted to continue to her final destination, MSY, with both dogs.
