Description of Incident: 7 year old "Blue," arrived with self-inflicted injuries in Houston, TX
Cause of Incident: At arrival in IAH, she displayed abrasions to the mouth and around teeth caused from chewing on the crate. The vet cleared Blue to continue her travel onward to SEA, but recommended tooth extraction/repair upon settling in new location.
Corrective Action Taken: Self inflicted, no corrective action required.
