Delta
A cat was able to escape its kennel while being loaded on a flight in Detroit, MI. The report indicated that the kennel doors were secured with zip-ties. At the time of the report, the cat had not been located.

Hawaiian Airlines
A female Bulldog arrived deceased on a flight from Los Angeles, CA to Honolulu, HI. No additional information on the incident was provided.

United Airlines
An eight year-old Labrador Retriever named Ginger injured her mouth trying to escape her kennel before she was loaded on the plane. The trip was cancelled.
