Alaska Airlines
A cat named Gaige escaped its kennel during loading at Honolulu, HI. At the time of the report, the cat has not been located. The report indicated that a full investigation was conducted and all procedures were followed, include the use of releasable zip-ties.
United Airlines
A Rhodesian Ridgeback named Sylas injured its paws while digging at the kennel during transport. No corrective action was take by the airline as the injury was self inflicted.
