PetFlight has been unable to gain access to the individual reports in the September Air Travel Consumer Report. Multiple requests to the U.S. Department of Transportation have gone unanswered.

Atlantic Southeast reported one loss.

Delta reported one death.

Hawaiian reported one death.

United reported two deaths and one loss.
