Delta Air Lines

A Cocker Spaniel injured its mouth trying to chew at its kennel on a flight originating in San Diego, CA.

On February 21st, 2016 an Abyssinian cat arrived deceased in Atlanta, GA from Omaha, NE. No issues were noted during the loading of the cat. The necropsy report the cat suffered acute pulmonary congestion and edema with evidence of chronic cardiac dysfunction and passive congestion in the liver with indications of acute heart failure.

Hawaiian Airlines

A Great Dane arrived deceased in Honolulu, HI from Los Angeles, CA. No additional information was provided and the necropsy report had not been completed at the time of the report.
